Dr Victor Tai is the Managing Director and Chief Consultant Psychologist at Psyscan Consulting. Specializing in Behavioral Safety, Testing and Evaluation, Counseling and Psychotherapy, Victor provides all forms of Behavioral-based safety course developments, behavior assessment tools and course contents formulation.

Victor has more than twenty years of experience in consulting for numerous private and public sector organizations in areas related to corporate performance, psycho-profiling and corporate wellness in the Asia Pacific region (Particularly in Singapore, the ASEAN countries, China and India) and the United States.

He was previously the Chief Psychologist at the Singapore's Ministry of Defence. He has been a resource trainer for various tertiary institutions such as the National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University, Ngee Ann Polytechnic and others. He has also been a consultant for various productivity institutions such as Singapore Productivity & Standards Board, Singapore Institute of Management, Singapore Institute of Human Resource Management and many other illustrious business organizations.

Victor currently holds various psychological memberships globally including, a PhD. (Wisconsin) membership, and memberships with the Singapore Psychological Society, the American Psychological Association, and the Singapore Society of Clinical Hypnosis and is a Consultant of the Institute of Management.

Edmund is the Director of Operations of Psyscan Consulting. He is responsible for the development of all new businesses, client management and liaison activities and training program planning. Edmund is also the client director of Intuit.Sense Consulting, an affiliate firm of Psyscan Consulting, which key business is in the advisory and solutions provision in Talent Management.

Prior to this, Edmund was the Lead Consultant for Whitehead Mann where he spearheaded the Life Sciences and Industrial Practices in the Asia Pacific region. While there, he established good business relationships with key Multinational and local companies within these sectors. Before Whitehead Mann, he was a Principal with Edward W Kelley & Partners where he was in a similar role. He started his career with the Singapore Government’s investment promotion agency, Economic Development Board (EDB) where his chief role was to attract multinational biomedical companies to locate their investments and talent in Singapore. After his stint in EDB, Edmund joined an Asia Pacific fund management company as Equity/Investment Analyst, focusing on Japanese bio-pharmaceutical and medical devices companies in Japan. Edmund has worked in many countries within the Asia Pacific region, including Japan, Singapore, Greater China and Hong Kong.

Edmund has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the Tokyo Institute of Technology and dual Masters of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering, and Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from Stanford University. He speaks English, Mandarin and Japanese.
